FEA Analysis

Finite Element Analysis

Every part has a limit. We find it while it’s still on the computer.

Structural and vibration analysis for automotive, machinery, and product engineering — scoped to the loads your part will really see, and reported with numbers you can act on. Not a wall of color plots.

Why FEA

A Part That Fails Costs More Than an Analysis

A production stoppage. Reworked tooling. Warranty claims. In the worst case, a safety incident. Most of these start the same way: nobody found the design’s limits until the part was already in the field.

FEA finds those limits early — how much the part can take, where it’s at risk, and what to change. In weeks, on the computer, for a fraction of the cost of finding out the hard way.

What We Analyze

Built Around Your Part’s Real Job

Every study is scoped to the part, the loads, and the question you’re trying to answer. Typical work:

01

Structural

Stress, deflection, and safety factors under the real loads the part sees in service — not an idealized guess at them.

02

Modal & Vibration

Natural frequencies and mode shapes — so the part doesn’t resonate at the speeds it will actually run at.

03

Fatigue

Durability under repeated loading — the kind of life most automotive and machinery parts actually live.

04

Nonlinear

Large deformation, plasticity, and contact behavior — where linear results stop telling the truth.

05

Optimization

Where material is doing work and where it isn’t — weight and cost reduction without giving up strength.

06

Failure Investigation

A part broke? We analyze what happened and why — so the next one doesn’t.

Who It’s For

For Teams Who Can’t Afford to Find Out Later

Automotive Supply Chains

Chassis components, mounts, brackets, and EV-related structures — validated before tooling, not after.

Machinery Builders

Frames, housings, and structural members that carry real loads, year after year.

Product & Prototype Teams

Design decisions backed by numbers — before the first physical build, when changes are still cheap.

US & Mexico

Projects on both sides of the border, in English or Spanish. Same scope, same standards, same files.

The Deliverable

A Report You Can Act On

A color plot is a picture. A decision is an answer. Your report reads like a decision:

  • Maximum stress and deflection, against your targets
  • Safety factors, stated plainly — pass or fail
  • Resonant frequencies, compared against your operating range
  • Hot spots identified, with the specific change that fixes each one
  • Every assumption and load case, documented
  • All analysis files — yours to keep, re-run, and build on

And if the answer is “it’s fine” — you get that in writing too. That’s worth something.

FAQ

Common Questions

What do we need to get started?

A CAD model (SolidWorks, Inventor, or STEP), the material if you know it, and the loads or conditions the part will see. That’s enough for us to scope the study and send a quote.

How accurate are the results?

As good as the inputs — and we’re careful about both. Every study is verified: mesh convergence checked, results cross-checked against hand calculations, and every assumption documented in the report. FEA is engineering judgment backed by math, not a substitute for testing — but it catches most problems long before the shop floor does.

Do you do thermal or fluid analysis?

Our focus is structural and vibration analysis — that’s where we go deep. If your project needs other physics, we’ll say so and point you to the right resource.

How long does a typical study take?

You’ll have a quote within 48 hours. Most single-part structural studies take one to three weeks depending on load cases; complex assemblies take longer. Either way, you get an honest date before we start.

Can our team work with the results?

That’s the point. You receive the full analysis files, so your engineers can extend, re-run, or build on the study however they need to.

We’re based in Mexico. Does that change anything?

No. We serve customers in the US and Mexico and work in English or Spanish. Same scope, same standards, same files.
